In these 5 days you will step into the wonderful province Dalarna, to discover the beauty of Furudal. This will be 5 active days, where you do activities in and on the water and dive into the forest.

Hiking in the Swedish forests offers an incredible experience for nature lovers, with vast landscapes, lush greenery, and peaceful surroundings. You step out of Sandnässtuga and you are in nature.
Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) on a Swedish lake offers a serene yet adventurous way to connect with nature.
As the sun dips closer to the horizon, the warm golden light bathes the sandy beach, casting long shadows and creating a magical atmosphere. The air is filled with the tantalizing aroma of food sizzling on the grill.
Fire up the grill and prepare your favorite food,
As the evening progresses and the sun sets, gather around the grill for some classic s’mores or other sweet treats. Roasting marshmallows over an open flame brings back childhood memories and adds a fun element to the evening.
Spoon carving by the campfire is a wonderful activity that combines craftsmanship with the relaxing atmosphere of being outdoors. It’s an ancient Swedish tradition, often referred to as "slöjd", where people create simple, functional objects like spoons or bowls from wood.
It involves prioritising your well-being—emotionally, mentally, and physically—to maintain resilience and energy.
We will do some coaching sessions where you stand still and reflect, offering a moment to pause and assess where you are. It fosters a deeper understanding of yourself.
